PURCHASE OF GOODS
In connection with the purchase of goods from JANNIEBALTZER.COM you must fill in your personal information such as name, address and payment information. Once your order is complete, you will receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail. Once your product is packed, you will receive a tracking number so you can trace you package via Post Denmark’s homepage or FedEx homepage. JANNIEBALTZER.COM cannot be held responsible for delayes caused by Post Denmark / FedEx.

PAYMENT
Payment is by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. Our Web store is working in cooperation with PBS (Pengeinstitutternes Payment Systems), and we have secured the sensitive data being transported through the network of purchasing, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption. The data you submit in connection with the purchase paid with debit cards are encrypted (SSL) and is thus only PBS, can read them. Neither JANNIEBALTZER.COM nor others have a chance to see the data being exchanged on the purchase. In PBS the credit card information is validated, i.e. examining whether the card example is blocked or otherwise, which makes it invalid. If everything is in order, provide reporting to you as the buyer knows that your order is confirmed.

RETURNS
You are always entitled to an exchange and/or a refund within 14 days after you received your package. The product/products must be returned unused and in a mint condition, accompanied by the original invoice. Shipping charges on returned merchandise are at the customer’s expense. If you do not contact us within 14 days after receiving the goods, you lose the right replacement. Returned products will not be accepted if:
NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTS
All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wear and tear are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear your right to complain is renounced.
